Reaction To Houston Texans OC Bobby Slowik Press Conference: Colts vs. Texans Preview
Former Houston Texans player Seth Payne gives his reaction to the Texans OC Bobby Slowik as he spoke ahead of Indianapolis traveling to Houston for Colts vs. Texans in Week 8 of the NFL season.

We got outmanned!
mixon was on the side line for that play. he wont admit it but he called a bad play. dell ran to the right, out of bounds not the left into the field. I aint buying it
I just needed Bobby to understand that the play calling is a part of the issue, which it appears he does. Let's see what they show us Sunday.
Did he really say he called a play at the end of the game that they had already run 5 times in the game? If you've had success with that one play 5 times, as a defense when I know you get to point in the game where you have to run the ball, we are now expecting that play. Don't get predictable

Texans by 10. Maximum Joe gets 108-113 yards. Texans get one pick. Something really good is gonna happen with, I know, I know, Dameon Pierce. I know, I know. I miss Brev. I know, I know. Part of this choice is driven by a fundamental fear: If we don't win, a lot of bad juju is gonna be on the team. Finger pointing. Negativity. We need this one, boys.

Maybe a no huddle.. fast tempo. To throw defense off thier game.. but the o-line is just not discipline
The oline just SOFT…they don’t have a dawg mentality and strausser effing SUCKS
Seth, how can this "communication" issue come up all of the sudden ? I don't recall hearing this in the past, I don't get it.
Slowick last year…B+, this year, B running attack , D passing attack
He should know his OL has trouble with picking up rushers that aren’t the 4 DL…..so when Minnesota & GB lines up 6-7 on the L & only 2-3 are DL, we are screwed, because the OL has no idea who to block…..
Slowick needs to go empty when they do this or at least 4 receivers away from the T’s…..he also needs to incorporate more quick hitters, because he has 2 elusive WR’s in Diggs & Tank…Once he does that along with Mixon getting off, it’ll open up the longer passing routes, which also needs to be done early on in a Game to stretch the DEF ….
