  1. I don’t think there’s anything the Mets could’ve done to save themselves. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge the other team is better than you. The Dodgers offense was unstoppable and the Mets offense could not compensate. It was a great ride but it’s time to turn to the off-season and rebuild a team that will have a ton of money coming off the books, but a ton of holes to fill. LGM.

  2. Can't win with 0 production from so many positions (CF, LF, 2B, C for the most part, DH during JD starts,) no bullpen, poor lineup decisions, starters walking so many people that the non existent bullpen has to be used to much, horrendous hitting with RISP… I mean it's amazing that we got here, but the fact that we went out like this is just embarrassing. Pages looked like a slugger compared to Alvarez who took 5 games to become a singles hitter. Edman is basically Lindor. Kike is David Ortiz. Meanwhile Taylor hit below 100. Nimmo was like 6 for 26. I'm not sure anyone who played 2B got a hit…

And Maton has a $7 club option… LOL

  3. This team choked and fell flat on their faces like they always do. They walked how many? Left how many on base? The Mets did everything they could to hand over this series and were embarrassing to watch.

  4. BITTER END MY ASS!!
why do i have to keep reminding everyone.
Gojng this deep in thebplayoffs was the LAST thing we ALL expected!

So what they lost? They lost to the best team money can buy! They will lose to the Yankees immediately.

Be PROUD of what this Mets team did! Good god…..its like the Warth has split in two.

  5. Thank You Ryan! Listen to you everyday and the one thing I always looked forward to was your positivity! You always ended your show with a silver lining! And Hope springs eternal! Great Job! And it was nice to see your Dad! LGM!!! Next year!

  6. I hope we have now seen why they should NOT spend big $ to bring back guys like Manaea or Quintana. Those guys, who were mediocre to begin with just caught lightning in a bottle this season but when the playoffs came around, they reverted to what they always were. Just hope the front office can see through this and NOT waste $ to bring these guys back, same is true for Severino and his injury history.

  7. Thank you, Mets, for a wonderful, exciting, and stressful series. You guys have a lot of great players. Please keep the Polar Bear. He should be a Mets for life. Us Dodgers fans understand heartbreak oh so well. I'm sure you guys wanted a Subway series but again great series. We'll make sure to beat the Yankees for you.

  8. The Metsies fought hard and outperformed everyone's expectations during a transition year, all while having a ton of fun doing it. The ending hurts right now, but it truly was a good season.

  9. ….and not one Dodger player in postgames mentioned the Mets as opponents. No class. And now you are going against the team that made being classless in sports a trademark…. can they both lose for the sake of baseball's soul?

  10. Thank you Dodgers Ryan is a dork Mets were so lucky to begin with. Mets and Phillies cant win the big one you bums. Go Braves Correction Game 6 was a amaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing watch. I loved every second of it LMAO

  11. 38:10 of this video- I can’t say this enough. The goal is to have an extended run at these, the Mets haven’t had consistent regular season success so that they can avoid the emotional gauntlet of ATL/MIL then road games in Philly in decades. 99,00 was the last back to back years of success in regular season which led to some playoff success . Other than that, 2007 + 2008 killed off any 2006 momentum. 2016 killed off 2015 momentum.

All the “Yankees had an easy road, Dodgers had an easy road” because they played to win in the regular season. That’s the reward. Dodgers have their 2020 chip but have years of playoff exits. Same with Yanks minus the chip in the Judge era.

Mets time will come, this team is poised for great things (so long as they keep most of it together!)

  12. Bottom line is Dodgers punted 2 games , and nothing was stopping them in a 7 game series.Dave had everything under control.and peterson yelling sit down bitch to Muncy for no reason did not help you guys at all.

  13. Dodger fan here. Congrats to the Mets on their Cinderella run this season. Great team who put up a competitive series against the Dodgers. Respect. The Mets are a class act organization. Their fans never stopped believing until the final out. Props. 👏 Unlike the much detested Padres and their trash talking fanbase……🖕😄

  14. I can't even say anything bad about the Mets. They're a humble team and the fans aren't arrogant like the Padres lol. Y'all have my respect and that's coming from a die hard Dodgers fan! Great NLCS overall 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  15. Dodger fan here, The Mets are a classy organization and have some great ball players. This was a closer series than the score indicates, as the Mets left a lot of scorers on base in key moments throughout games. Although the payroll was high, the Mets should have some flexibility with money coming off the books, and could make a splash in FA. Best of luck in the offseason, and I hope the Dodgers embarrass the Yankees to humble how bad Yankee fans have been calling the Padres and Mets to downplay the Dodgers path to the World Series.
