  14. What is the point of posting a 64 second video on YT? This isn't instagram!!! STICK TO LONG FORM CONTENT. STOP POSTING VIDEOS THAT ARE 6 MIN OR LESS. Every single team posts the same garbage on their YT channel. You're missing out on a huge opportunity to grow the fanbase and the sport by continuously posting stuff that clearly isn't good YT content. Double down on the style of content that is working and actually growing the channel (AKA the franchise type videos that provide unique prospective). The short, low quality videos, with garbage thumbnails that provide no unique prospective to the average fan like myself are annoying. Youtube is all about QUALITY not quantity. Here are some ideas that could substantially increase your AVG view count/watch time per video and actually grow the channel.

    General Ideas:

    1) Test 3-5 different thumbnails to find one with a highest click through rate. Whoever is making the thumbnails for the franchise episodes needs to do all of them.
    2) Make sure every video is over at least 8 min (I would recommend 10 min +). If you want to post short form on YT, USE SHORTS. THATS WHAT THEY'RE FOR.
    3) Make the post game press conference interviews into 1 video and use the chapters feature so the viewer can see which player/coach is speaking at which part of the video. THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE 4 SEPARATE VIDEOS FOR POSTGAME INTERVIEWS. THE CHAPTERS FEATURE IS GREAT, USE IT.
    4) Quality > Quantity. If you don't have high quality content to post… DON'T POST.

    Video Ideas:

    1) The franchise is the only good thing about this channel so keep posting that.
    2) Do a 10-15 min day in the life video on a particular player and post it each week. This video can include their top plays, mic'd up moments and life outside of the facility. Rather than making separate videos, just combine them into one.
    3) Quit posting Top plays for Defense week 1, Top plays for Offense week 1, or Every touchdown week 1. JUST COMBINE THEM INTO ONE.

    I could keep going but I've already spent the last 30 min typing this up. If you want more ideas or someone to actually edit videos/create thumbnails, please just reply to this post. I will literally work for free just because this team is my pride and joy.
