3. You realize Jon Gruden got hired and instantly traded away Khalil Mack and then later in the season Amari cooper. Ended up with 4 1st round picks that didn’t amount to anything. Maxx Crosby is 27 and cheap. Trading him away doesn’t guarantee any quarterback and getting another edge rusher like that won’t happen. Don’t be butthurt bc maxx isn’t coming to save your pass rush

17. The sad part of the haul we got for Stafford is if Holmes wasn't terrible at draft DL talent evaluations (Yes he drafted Hutchinson but he was the obvious pick) we wouldn't be looking for Edge help now.

    Now before anyone goes off on me, I have no complaints about what Holmes has done in the draft, he definitely knows what he is doing. He is an elite GM. Not every pick is a homerun However saying he has a terrible track record when it comes to DE &DL is just the truth given the production we have got out of DL & DE picks. Having only one blind spot or weakness is exceptional. I just think he may need to hire someone to his team that has a proven track record of successful DL evaluations.

19. Man, best thing Stafford did for us is to LEAVE lol I believed it before it happened and even more NOW lol and after listening to Max….I don’t just don’t want him because he’s so loyal to the Raiders. I think that ship has sailed. I think Brad and Dan have been moved in as well.
