11. I am very disappointed with the translation offered by the translator of Yamamoto. He often fails to translate in detail from English to Japanese. This time, he didn’t even summarise and asked Yamamoto a very simple question. Furthermore when he translated what Yamamoto said in Japanese to English, he simplified Yamamoto’s answer even more. This is the typical situation of “communication which got lost in translation”. The translator really needs to improve his skill, otherwise there will be more complaints.
