  1. Saints organization is a bust. No one has any pressure to win. So they just coast. Loomis is a joke DA is the most uninspiring figure I’ve seen on a sideline in a long time. But nothing will happen.

  2. James I know after a 6 game losing streak this may not be popular, but if we look at the schedules I don't think the playoff hopes are dead yet. The Falcons lead right now but the next 3 games are Cowboys, Saints at the dome, and Broncos. The Seahawks pretty convincingly defeated the Falcons, and I think it is entirely within the realm of possibility for the Falcons to lose to the Cowboys, us at home (more on that below), and the Broncos with Sean Payton at the helm. This would put them at 5-6
Meanwhile, we face the Panthers, the Falcons at home, and the Browns. While the Browns now look much tougher than they looked just yesterday, this doesn't look like the worst streak of games to get through by the bye. This would put us at 5-6 if we can manage the winning streak.

But the Saints would want to recapture some of the energy/playcalling/execution they had at the beginning of the year. Even with Lemieux at center we still did well vs the Falcons but had some plays that turned the tables…ie the rare muffed punt and ultimately lost by a last second field goal. If we can recapute a lot of it with the team mostly back together (hopefully Carr plays next week) then we can be tied for divisional leader by the bye week. And it may have been expected for us to have McCoy back after that, hopefully putting us closer to full power (hopefully we can avoid too many injuries the rest of the season)

  3. We could have won this game. We had a safety that should have been a touchdown if we could have corralled it, should have had another but Justin Herbert stiff arming Granderson to the ground. Pete Werner should have had an interception, what happened next play for Chargers? Touchdown. These are the kind of plays that good teams make and capitalize upon but we are obviously not a good team. Kendre Miller looked good, oh what's that? He's back on the sidelines with a hamstring and Lattimore as well. Dropped passes that could have help extended drives, first downs that ended up in penalties. Tried to put Haener in there, which in my opinion if you was planning on putting him in the game then why not just give him a whole 4 quarters. We did do better at stopping the run but of all people let Herbert run down the field like he was Hershel Walker. Taysum Hill was back but I feel like he wasn't featured enough. Playing way too conservative on 3rd and longs, should have went for it early on in the first after our defense forced a three and out. Bottom line, different day, different week, same result. We are playing scared football. The way we played today, it was like we were playing not to lose instead of playing to win. This shit isn't going to cut it and shouldn't cut it. 6 losses in a row? We have to go back to the year of Katrina for the last time that happened, who was coach then Jim Hasslet? I mean we are devolving instead of evolving, we are going back to when we were monkeys, I guess it's only fitting because right now the New Orleans Saints are a circus and not the kind of circus anyone wants to see either.

  4. Rattler wouldn’t start for no other team. Coach needs to stop listening to sorry fans and should’ve gone with haener. And yes you Carr hater don’t know anything, clearly not a qb problem and rattler may never be as good as Carr is

  5. after last season, I didn't buy Sunday Ticket this year sickened by the blah play last year and retention of Dennis Allen. After the first two games, I changed my mind, but my wife, born and raised in Nola and long wise to the ways of her beloved Saints, said, "Not yet. Watch the next game on network."
So, good advice as usual from her.

I'll continue to check with "The Face of the Franchise" for the aftergame/autopsies, but otherwise, I'm out until there are some major shakeups in coaching/management.

  6. I didn’t even watch and already knew the outcome of this game. It’s just hard to watch each week when this is the performance they put out each week.

  7. I think DA did not want a black quarterback, or maybe it’s Gail Benson that couldn’t deal with the face of the team being black. Either way Jameis was horribly treated and disrespected. That’s probably why DA can’t get the respect of the black men in the locker room. Without that that he can’t win. The curse holds!😊😉

  8. I love my Saints, I truly do but it pains me to witness this dumpster fire production on the field week after week….I can't support this crap team for the time being, it's a disservice & disgrace disaster that they're giving us Who Dat Nation. Enough is enough.

  9. One of the things I got most frustrated with is the 3rd and long situations where they call a play essentially just giving up on the possession vs calling a play that might result in a 1st down. If it’s 3rd and 15 then let’s go for the 1st instead of running it up the middle when we haven’t had success up the middle. I feel like we don’t play call to win on offense or defense. Too much play calling to not lose..

  10. Honestly, I'm curious. Was Pete Carmichael so bad, that even the generic stuff that Klint Kubiak calls we see as genius. Or is Kubiak just a bad OC?

  11. We about to draft a qb for the 3rd straight year and it's probably #1 pick that is the next Bryce young. We are about to get beat by jameis and Dalton just like Carmichael did.
