25. Things are bad due to the inconsistent play & mistakes but the first few games the Giants showed their strong potential. There is a lot of talent here. Jones played well enough but he doesn’t elevate his team which is vital now as the league is loaded with an unprecedented number of good young QBs.

    We need to have a semblance of health as the number of injuries we have every year is insane. Andrew Thomas, Malik Nabers & Kayvon Thibodeaux are crucial players at vital positions. If we had health & better QB play our record would be reversed. I have supported Jones but he hasn’t played as if his job & career are on the line. We have to draft Carson Beck, Cam Ward or Quinn Ewers. Carson Beck’s has lost some of his shine with inconsistent play but I like when young QBs face adversity rather than having an easy time at the collegiate level. Beck has shown toughness & grit. He shows the ability to go through progressions & displayed the mental abilities needed to play QB which is why he is my favorite QB in this draft. Ewers & Ward are intriguing though. With better QB play & some health I think this team has great potential to be a strong contender. The Giants need to start building up some extra draft capital for the draft. I like Slayton & Ojulari a lot but if they aren’t going to be resigned & aren’t considered a part of the future we need to trade them for some picks.

    Things seem terrible now but there is a lot of young talent here. If Schoen can add some strong vet leaders & get a QB in this draft I think we will be more than competitive but a contender. Jones had his chance & squandered it. The future is bright for the Giants. The talent is there, they just need a QB to lead this team.

    At 32:44 in the ManningCast link below, Banks whiffed on a tackle then tip toes it back to make a play. Later on that drive, he shoves Pickens out the back of the end zone.

    On the next drive, with 6:25 remaining in the 2nd quarter, Banks is nowhere to be seen (43:54).

28. Guys, Tracy is a nice player and showed some great effort but he just got a concussion in his 4th game. You cant play running back and get concussion. Its regrettable.

37. If Coach Daboll decides to bench Daniel Jones I think he has to do it in a game first and not pre announce it to the media. Otherwise it could be a big distraction in the locker room. But if he decides to bench him in a game it's more reasonable then to permanently keep him on the bench. And that way it won't be such a distraction but more of a welcome relief. And he can say that he gave Daniel Jones every possible chance to succeed. And I have a feeling that that time is coming soon.
