He has good speed an pursuit ,high motor decent Zone Coverage an 25yrs old .. Smaller sized LB could get overpowered by quality O-linemen ..but this is a Solid signing if he can stay healthy .. this is what we needed regardless
I wish him well. I would have preferred the Rams move Nic Hampton to ILB/edge.

Fields is 100% upgrade over what is there right now. Except for maybe Speights because we don't have much to judge seeing the Rams would rather run out mediocrity all year. Injury is the only reason Speights is getting time and I think that is a mistake. Do they not watch their own film? The LB play is bottom 2-3 in the NFL and they just keep pushing the same guys out there without trying to fix the problem. Lets hope that changes.
