Im 50/50 on Adames.
If, only IF we could get an absolute HAUL for Bo. Would i be willing to sign Adames.
Adames glove is proven, but his bat isn't consistent.
He's probably half price of Bo. And that leaves another 150ish mill to spend on someone else.
But its all contingent on signing Vlad. No point in Adames if we're gonna rebuild when we lose both Bo and Vlad
I can't get excited about this off season because I don't trust Adkins to do anything intelligent.
so many ways it could go. The free agent market, being this deep, the jays could sign OF/INF/SP/C/BP and make a blockbuster trade.

Winning the World Series is much different than 1992-1993. Everything has to go right for that to happen. Expectations of winning the World Series are extremely pollyannish. It’s been a while since the Yankees won it all. And it doesn’t look good in 2024. All we can really hope for is an exciting team that has talent, works hard and has entertaining games. I’ve been following baseball since 1953.
The constant drumbeat against Shapiro and Adkins has gotten very boring. In April 2015 Jays fans wanted AA to be fired. Then he made some changes that broke the bank, gave us a couple of great years and as a result a depopulation of the minor league system.
