  3. It seems strange to say, but the top 6 are the biggest concern for me. The bottom six have been a relatively pleasant surprise. Hall, Bertuzi , Teravainen have all been invisible.

  4. I’ll say it again. Roster the future Blackhawk players, let them learn by failing. The veterans all had their day. Our record can’t get any worse playing all the young bucks.
    To be honest, the only reason I tune into a BH’s game these days is to see Bedard, Kurashev, Riechel, Tevo (he was always a BH who again, didn’t get his fair shake at playing), Nazar, Mikheyev, Kaiser, and Vlasic. The Hawks should have drafted Lane Hutson, who is stellar, instead of a young D that most likely won’t play and will be traded away in a year. I guess I’ll just end up watching highlights and spare myself 2.5 hours on slapping myself in the forehead and saying ‘doh’ a 100x!

  5. We should of drafted demidov our offense does not have any tools NOW or enough for the future who ever we draft this season is another year delayed for being an impact player plus unlikely as elite as demidov at 2nd plus overall

  7. I’m at a total loss with the Hawks but how is management going to convince Bedard to resign with how bad the team is, I wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t and went to free agency. Just a huge disappointment with this team right now

  8. Richardson is still trying to figure out where all these new guys fit in. Let it play out.
    How do you know Davidson didn't try and bring a #2 center in? First, what #2 center was a UFA. Second, many UFA's are 27 or older and don't want to be part of a rebuild. Davidson tried to get Guentzal, but he rather play in Tampa.
    The Good news is the guys on the Hawks that will be part of the future are looking good. The guys in Rockford that will be part of the future are looking good. The other prospects are looking good.
    Many fans Don't understand a rebuild is different in hockey than the NFL.

  9. I think the young guys haven’t been a concern. Allan was the highest rated hawk against Dallas. I really think Brodie is a weak link and with Martinez back we can look to make him the 7th man

    People's attitude towards Blackhawks powerplay.

  12. The sky is not falling Chicken Little. Another top 5 draft pick is not the end of the world. Draft Porter Martone and maybe Jake O'Brian.
    Make some deadline trades, pick up a free agent or two and stick to the plan. If you thought the Hawks wre going to be a playoff team this year you are delusional. Panic is not a good plan. Nobody wants be Buffalo and finish 11 to 14 for a quarter of a century.
