  1. I think you do offer arbitration to Ynoa. His potential salary is cheap for anyone, he could be used as either a starter or reliever so there's options there, and even if you get towards the end of spring training and don't think you need him, you can still try to trade him, or even just release him within 15 days of opening day and he only gets 45 days of termination pay, or 16 or more days before opening day and he only gets 30 days of termination pay, thus you'd only pay around $132,000 to $198,000 if you release him during those 2 periods before the season starts.
