  7. This team is soft. They practice soft and they play soft. Fire Grier, fire McDaniel. Hire Vrabel asap. Give him the keys to the franchise. He'll toughen up the entire organization and he understands situational football. They'd be building a statue in his mold outside of Hard Rock within 5 years.

  8. Shouldn't stay with Mike McDaniel. He messed up bad when he took this job on with the play calling instead of just designing plays and putting an experienced play caller as OC. He has no feel for in game situations and it sucks in general because now when he is replaced we might fall back into the cycle of a head coach who can't put together a staff which is basically a definite step backwards.

  9. How many times is this team gonna have to hire and fire head coaches before someone realizes the person or people that hire these coaches doesn't know what they're doing smh
