  1. I love the show and appreciate the questions that are brought up here during these discussions. Why don’t reporters bring up these questions of roles and communication between staff and players to Torts during pressers? It feels like often times the reporters treat Torts with kids gloves and don’t really press him for the answers we are looking for regarding topics covered here like player line usage , letting lines play out etc. Am I being unfair ? I feel like the coaching staff and front office need to assure the fan base that they are properly communicating roles to players bc sometimes it feels like the players are suprised by decisions being made about their roles.

  2. Great conversation between all three of you. I enjoy these open conversations bringing in an individual like Haley who has the pulse on the Flyers. I am wondering if the Flyers intentionally are keeping a Russian player on the roster because of Michkov. I am talking about a player outside of a goalie. Unfortunately, at this time we have 3 Russians on the team, 1 is the future of the organization, the other 2 are struggling and not helping the team on the ice. Zamula reminds me alot like Meyers a few years ago. Undrafted, tall defensemen, but has the same struggles, playing one good game and then several bad games. Haley was definitely a great guest as she was also able to share keen insight on the Blues, who we play tonight. God Bless. Go Flyers!

  3. I appreciate Haley's bluntness. She called some of the Flyers' decisions "stupid". I agree. I also don't understand, like Russ said, why the team doesn't play Grans instead of Eric Johnson.

  4. Happy Halloween, Rachel and Russ. I bet Rachel dressed up as a princess, and Russ was Deadpool, lol. It's good to see the moms at the game tonight. Hathaway, the vampire scored a goal? Is Johnson next? Oh, God, we'd never get him out of the lineup if that happened. The Flyers still look that they are not functioning as a team. Plus, a lot of passing going on, but very little shooting. And, playing hot potato in the d-zone doesn't help either. If the Flyers get a little bit of a break, I'd work on team building and communication skills. Enjoy the weekend.
