  23. Do not hire anyone with a defensive background, or a coordinator that has been here before. (Spags, Brady.) The hardest part is to convince someone to even take the job being over the cap.

  34. Good stuff Bro, you are naming Offensive Dennis Allen’s who are good coordinators it not good Head Coaches.. As we see ALL good coordinators are not good HCs. To be a winning HC it takes a special person with special people in the building.. Going to take the Saints some years to rebuild, Going to get real ugly before it gets better.. Hopefully it will one day in the future
