Ah, the days before steroid testing. Look the other way A’s fans.
If people are interested, you can find old games that are on YouTube in radio format. There are some videos of early games, too. It’s interesting to watch. They have the first broadcast announcing the A’s for the first time on the field. This was on April 17th, 1968. I feel sad now. 😢. At least, I can always watch old A’s games.
