  4. Sign Uncle Charlie to a TEAM FRIENDLY 1 year deal. Braves are always more loyal than they should be but I respect that more than signing 3/4 of a billion dollar players. I don’t know it’s a tough call. Really thought he would hang it up after this past year. He knows better than anyone what he has left in the tank, and I’m sure he wants to end his career pitching well, so maybe it’s worth the risk.

  5. 10 million team friendly deal with incentives for starts and innings. Look at what happened to Dodgers with there starters injuries happen. Morton is a great team player and mentor for young pitchers.

  13. I have a question. If the Braves get 75% of the production from Sales and Lopez also resign Fried and Ian and sign a 5th starter with Strider bounces back? What kind starting rotation would we have next season? Just want thoughts on that

  16. Looks like the Braves today claimed Royber Salinas off waivers and are getting him back, he'll be the next Grant Holmes. lol See, the Murphy trade is looking better.

  17. I love Charlie and appreciate what he’s brought to this team but I don’t wanna tie up another 20 million dollars once again in a pitcher who gives you innings or in this years case, an insurance plan.

    I didn’t want Alex to sign him after the 21 season. That money could have been spent better the last three seasons IMO. Team friendly deal? It better be a BFF team friendly deal. I was thinking more like 4 million tops. With incentives. Think of some of the pitchers this season we could have gotten for 10-15 million. Common. We can’t keep going back.
