2. What this team needs now more than ever is a leader. Someone that can come in and instantly set a culture and hold these players and other coaches accountable. I agree with you, Vrabel will be a great hire. I’m honestly surprised no one gave him an opportunity this year.

3. If it’s not Vrabel it should be Gruden but with Gruden you gotta find a whole defense and a whole new offensive staff of Grudens guys and you’re probably keeping Carr for too long.

8. Hell to the no on Mike Vrabel. We need an offensive minded HC. Offense wins championships now and making offensive decisions in the game separates winners and losers. I would also want a HC that can evaluate talent and build a team and not just coach if Mickey Loomis is still in place as GM. Any HC we get will be a loser if Mickey is in charge of finding talent.

10. Never gonna happen! Loomis ego will have us right back here next year. This team is so hard to watch, it's reminiscent of the John Mecom years. I have no faith in Loomis to get anything right.

14. The bottom line is till Gayle Benson fires Mickey Loomis or he voluntarily steps down as GM, No Head Coach going save the Saints. As long as Mickey Loomis hell bent of his kicking can down the road approach to contracts & being way over the salary cap every year this Saints franchise is screwed., Plus their Drafts have been a huge disappointment now for last 5-6 years & reason why this team is a dumpster fire. A good Head Coach still going be dealt same crappy hand with a lot of below average players & players past their prime & with a disaster of a salary cap all a by product of a sorry GM named Mickey Loomis & an owner Gayle Benson who seems perfectly fine with Loomis pissing away millions of the old man B's money he left her when he passed away.
