this is ridiculous, why dont we run some other guys out there and coach better, like anyone else other than pat or bobby
No freaking supporting cast. Unless Middleton comes back and comes back well, we can"t win. Sorry, its just true. Bobby sucks, GTJ cant hit threes, an Dame and Giannis are off and on. But what we saw tonight is that with further development, a lot of injury luck, and a smart trade or two (get the fuck rid of BP), we have the building blocks for a contender.
Positive takeaway: Giannis set a few (just a few) good screens finally and the two-man game is getting better. Ajax got subbed in earlier than Pat and Pat played <10 mins
Facts: Bobby can’t guard a soul, giving up back door cuts, overhelping, not boxing out. And he’s not playing within the offensive flow thinking he’s the alpha on offense. There is no consistent offense outside of the big3, no one can create their own shots. (And not hitting open shots, too)
It’s tough to say but under Doc the roster would never get optimized. All rely on individual brilliance but not schemes. Just sad.
Why Bobby Portis is hated so much?
Bucks have no bench whatsoever one thing Cavs don't get credit for is they found their role players on the margins, Sam Merrill for example was on the Bucks, won a ring with them, they let him go and he torched them tonight, Ty Jerome is having himself a season, Dean Wade and Craig Porter Jr were undrafted free agents and Cavs gave them a shot. They basically traded Dante Exum for Jarrett Allen

I may be sounding like a broken record, but I feel like now's the time for John Horst to pick up the phone and call the Rockets🚀 and Thunder ⛈️ and serve Giannis up on platter for two young rising stars Jalen and a fat deck of young assets.

I feel like Portis for Robert Williams is the most realistic trade rn since Williams is injured, but Portis for Steven adams also works, never bad to have more rebounding and rim protection.
EDIT: Actually the more i think about it, the more i think the Steven Adams trade is very possible, cause the Rockets are barely playing him anyways, and Portis could be their 6th man, also Adams is a very good screen setter so that's awesome for everyone (especially guys like Dame, Kmidd)

I have to comment. Yes I'm a Celtics fan. But this is not me loving we have Holiday to beat up on you.. On the Holiday for Lillard trade you couldn't be more wrong.. THe Bucks would take that trade back if they could. Holiday is not the offensive player Lillard is. No doubt. But that does not mean Holiday is a liability on offense at all. He shoots 3s at a good clip smart ,play maker,LEADER the biggest asset,so that you so much for Holiday…..Listen too you take . Portis sucks on D. Holiday is the best defensive guard if not player in the NBA. He goes to the Hall Of Fame…. This post was brutal .

Excluding AJ Green for special missions, there is nothing on Bucks bench. Jackson wants to but can't. Beauchamps, almost there but no. Smith too. Weak and light bodies not the ones you want for a physical game. And thats the kind of game gave Bucks the ring. I couldn't agree more about Portis. He needs to go asap. Middleton too. Fed up with him being injured all the time. We need a decent play maker (Look what CP3' s doing in SA) and a power forward who gives a shit in both ends of the court. Oh, and keep your voices down because Coach Rivers is taking his usual nap during the game..
You cant ask anything more from Giannis and Dame. If we cant win this game we are doomed. Even Brook did his job.

We need to stop running offence through Bobby. The guy used to be a garbage man. Tips at the basket , offensive rebounds and the occasional 3. That he can do. The basket at the wing and backing people down against good defensive teams needs to stop.
Aj johnson takes the more brightspot of directing plays. Uf he wants to get points rebound and assist hecan deliver ….tyler smith so tall and dwvelop to be an excellent shooter. Give them rhe oppurtunity …..doc rivers retire asap…..
