Soto would like to play for Jay's make it happen
Roki isnt going to be posted
Hes still 2 years away from FA status in MLB and even if hes posted, he only gets a fraction (think ohtani when he first arrived) of what he could get by waiting.
His Japanese club also only gets a small fraction of what theyd get in 2 years as well.
Theres absolutely 0 incentive for his club to post him.
Jays had 8 all stars who underperformed last year and they're all back – but Kikuchi.
It's the same core that had WS expectations 2 years ago and have won 90 games, even while Vlad was a shell of his expectations.
It's reasonable to think we aren't far from competing, especially with the right additions.
8 sounds crazy. Bo, Kirk, Springer, Manoah, Gausman, Bassitt, Kikuch, Swanson were all below expectations and even league average in some cases. Romano was injured.
Lmao not a fucking chance Roki is posted this winter. One just has to look at posting fee for this year vs next year. Most this year his team would get is like 2 million under the rules. Next year they’ll be able to get $55million-ish
We don’t even know if he will be posted… this video way to early
Jays should trade Bichette to the Giants
