1. I'm from Sault Ste. Marie Canada so I'm not really sure how Buffalo became my favourite team. It's been going on 25+ years so I was there for the good ones but they're making it so hard to remain a fan.

6. Im not comparing franchises but Boston needed two wins vs weak opponents this weekend and they won both by a shutout. Sabres needed two wins vs avg teams and got 0 pts.

7. 💯 they should not have made huge changes to the system from 2 years ago. They were on the right track. Simply getting better Goaltending would have gotten them in the playoffs. All they needed was to add veterans in the middle of the lineup, tighten up the d a little.

8. Why are you all surprised? This will happen when you hire a rookie GM, losing players like O'Reilly, Eichel and Reinhardt, cant draft players outside top picks, gives out long term contracts like Cozens. Goalie position was overlooked for many years. Everything in Buffalo is a shitshow.

9. I have total confidence we turn it around. They are playing much better hockey with a few mistakes. I think they have a long win streak soon like 8 games. We'll see.

12. Adams is the worst GM in the league. The over paid for every contract, Cousins, Powers, Samuelson. He drafts clones of the same players, Savoy, Kulich, Peterka, Benson, and Quinn. 5 right handed defensemen. In denial about the state of the team, last year stand pact. This year tweak the bottom six. How can a team that had so many early round draft picks be getting passed by so many teams.

13. It’s been over since the summer let’s be honest, this core wasn’t already good enough and they didn’t add anymore that would make a huge difference

15. It’s gonna take months to get the Granado out of them and a legit top 6. How about playing Krebs as a play making center instead of a checking line player. Put him in the middle cozens on the wing and pick someone for the other side.

16. I would rather watch the team that miss the playoffs by one point any day over what we've seen last season and this season so far. I'd rather just let them loose and score a bunch of goals and let them get better at defense slowly but surely as our goaltending also gets better

17. 100% think they were wrong for changing their style after their best season in a decade. That team was really fun to watch even though they were poor on defense I would rather have it be fun than what we have now

18. Samuellson cant skate cant shoot cant fight cant pass cant clean the front of the net he is the problem

20. I gave up after the first two games. It looked like the same crappy team as last year. Maybe Terry can hire another first time G.M.

21. Then turn in your Sabres gear. Chicken Little the sky is falling BS has to stop. They didn't win 3 straight games last season until the month of February. So the Oilers last season who had a worse start last season should have thrown in the towel? Ruff has to work through some bad habits etc but the season is far from over. The Sabres under Granato finished over .500 the last 2 seasons. Hockey & Baseball are very similar. There are mini seasons within the whole season. Relax.

23. I believe the season could be over for Adams soon. Going 2 for 4 on an early homestand is unacceptable. Mishandling the goalie situation is also grounds for termination. Pegula looks like he's embarrassed to be seen with Adams…

Its the defensive breakdowns/details that killed Buffalo in those games (but really noticeable against Detroit) as they had those defensive mistakes cost 2 goals and the rest of the match was fine for Buffalos gameplay. The fact that they lost the whole game in that 2nd period defensive breakdowns, cost you the game. Bench Quinn! I've been swearing at Lindy for putting him on the ice on when they get an EN extra attacker.

25. Yes it's done. Lindy couldn't bring his own staff in. Gmka didn't make the moves for the top 6. Didn't find that rsd that has grit. The roster is incomplete.

26. They aren't a one-line team, but they don't have a functional second line. If they can get Cozens/Quinn going, then I think they'll at least battle for a WC spot. Without a productive second line, though, it will definitely be 14 years without the playoffs. As for November, other than the Ducks and Sharks, there are no games that can be called sure wins, not with the way the Sabres are playing.

33. I guarantee that they will never make the playoffs again until they make some major changes. Kevy Boy needs to go.

34. Make Lindy the GM OR PRESIDENT OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS. Bring in coach Q & new assts. And make some hockey trades.
