  2. we need way more poise and control over the ball in those last quarters. idk why we always let people come back like this. also, wemby minutes were weird at times. you could tell that he was gassed at some points during the game.

  5. Champagnie is ASS defensively. Him being kept on the floor game after game after game is fkin BAFFLING. Coaches just let him get cooked. Harden violated him in the 2nd half and it seemed like no one cared.

  8. Perimeter defense still needs a lot of tuning. Ironically, Wemby's near-immaculate work guarding the paint led them to use the three-ball and it gave them the win

  9. As a lifelong Spurs fan, this is my honest constructive criticism of Wembanyama: He needs to stop shooting threes ASAP.

    He's still raw and got loads of talent obviously and he can definitely gain a three point shooting ability, but now isn't the time.

    He is clearly a very bad three point shooter and has no three point ability yet he still chucks them up like crazy. He keeps on shooting it even when it's not going down.

    He's averaging 85% from the paint and 56% from mid range yet his three pointers are the reason why he's averaging 42% from the field. Everything else he's doing is fine and I get the Spurs have no shooters, but he REALLY needs to stop jacking up the threes. It's killing him and the team.

  12. people commenting as if we're not missing sochan, vassell, tre and pop. if these people do not matter, then i guess with a full squad, we're expecting the spurs to get far into the playoffs?? comón people. a win would've been nice, but please be realistic here.
