On Friday, the seven-time Super Bowl champion took to the ice for the first time, suited up with all his hockey gear, and showed off his up-and-coming skating skills.

Behind the camera was hockey legend Tie Domi, who was seemingly chirping at his son, Max Domi, while filming Brady skating.

“He’s coming for you Max!” said Tie in the video. “It’s 10 minutes in, he’s already flying.”

“Come on Max! Day 1!” Brady said in response.

  2. Hockey has it all….. grace….toughness….physicality…..skill….humility….speed…. tradition… .by far the best spectator sport – especially live….. Hockey is life!

  3. Years ago couple of Cowboy's players kinda joked how hard can it be. So Mike Modano invited them to try Hockey at a Dallas Stars practice. They learned to repect hockey. Also the Rock Dwayne Johnson thaought he could learn to skate in a day or two for filming the Tooth Fairy Movie. So he told them I don't go easy on me . He said after his first full contact body check. He went to reastroom and called his agent. "I think were going to need a stunt double!"

    (for the record, I live about 20 miles from Gillette Stadium so Tom has been in our faces for the better part of the last 20 years, even when he was busy winning in Tampa)

  7. I completely agree with your reasoning for why we haven't seen anyone play in the NHL and another pro league recently. The only athlete in somewhat recent memory I can even think of that was drafted by the NHL and another pro league is Tom Glavine

  8. Thanks Brodie. As a Devils fan, I saw this online and I'm glad you're sharing it. I love hockey, hockey players are the ultimate athletes cuz they can play other sports but other athletes can't just up and play hockey. Also they didn't have those helpers when I learned to skate 😂
