3. I want both Sean Manaea and Luis Severino if they don't get Corbin Burnes or Blake Snell.

4. I could see the Sox offering him a 3 year deal. That will make everyone happy. He had a late start because of Boris. I thought he might have been a trade deadline aquicstion.

   I am all for the Red Sox signing a bunch of players to minor league deals with opt outs. We need people for injuries. I hope they can do better than Jamie Westbrook.

5. Still think Fried is the top pitching target. I was way out on Snell last year but this year I would say he's a distant 2nd behind Fried, I still don't love him mainly because of his inconsistency but he's not a no this year. (Tell me that last pic doesn't look like he's punching himself in the junk? Lol)
   As far as the others I'm out on them all for different reasons but I don't feel there's a great fit for any of them from injuries to not really being an upgrade etc.

8. Manaea, it’s worth mentioning, is the only pitcher to no hit the Red Sox this century. Not just any Red Sox team, but the 2018 squad. Why I pay more attention to him than most of (not all) these other guys. That was in Oakland. It’s also worth mentioning he has bad #’s at Fenway.

   Thanks for the video and research as usual, Corbin. Whoever they get, I just hope it makes for an interesting offseason that transitions into an even better season.

9. Snell injury prone lefty …the ghosts start howling for me…if you could get him on a 3 year 90 mil with a couple options years after that it’s definitely possible and his talent is undeniable and a true #1 starter….im still totally tripping out on the Pivetta thing

10. I would say Manaea is the most intriguing option here. He’s a lefty and has the potential to be a number 1 starter

11. Like Snell or Fried. The catcher seems a sound choice and maybe Vertek can help him improve some. I don't see Boston wanting to lose a draft pick so the other thats has a qualifying offer seems moot

12. The only one you mentioned I'd want on the team is Snell. Top priority has to be starting pitching and then relief pitching and then right handed power. Hopefully Breslow will get things done. I'm still thinking trades will happen first but we'll see I'll be donating later this month 💰🤑

13. I’m good on Snell overall. A little too volatile and he’s gonna be 33. If you’re gonna spend that much, I’d go for Burnes.

14. I’m very interested to see the non tender deadline and the rule 5 lock in. Could be a ton of interesting relievers and possibly catchers to hit the market

15. Snell would be my first choice for a free agent signing. Ask yourself, if any of these guys need another year of AAA or are they ready for primetime? SS Mayer has not played at all at AAA. That means he's not ready. Can Story remain healthy and be a star again, at least for one year in Boston? If Yoshida gets traded, who plays DH? Anthony, maybe? We already have a great defensive outfield. Can right-handed slugger Campbell play 2B regularly? Should they sign D'Arnaud and make Teel wait another year? Who backs up Casas, if he needs a day off or gets hurt? Only Gonzalez remains as a back-up at 1B, unless you want Dalbec. Can they find enough At Bat's for Hamilton's speed and Meidroth's On-Base savvy to be useful? Should Grissom stay for another year at AAA? I do.

19. These deals you talking about except for snow is just shuffling around papers to help the team. In fact, I think they’re weaken the team. why make deals just for the sake of making deals sorry Coleman but I think you’re wrong. Here I have to disagree. The only players that I want on the socks the players that other teams want the socks aren’t gonna get any competition on bidding on good players, you can pick up somebody else’s garbage easily, that’s not gonna help us with has beens

20. Snell is a no go for me. He really wants to be on the West Coast, so don't think he's a realistic target . I want Fried and a trade for Gomber or Montgomery for our rotation.

21. as long as we get talent im all for it. idk if im sold on snell due to inconsistency but if hes gonna perform like that turnaround he had then i’ll take him. damn eloy would be HUGE next to oneil potentially but those damn health issues. just stay on the field😭

22. Snell has failed to get 130 innings pitched 7 of his 9 seasons. He's too much like Sale, as far as being a perennial injured ace goes.
