  1. Hopkins is legitimately one of my favorite receivers of all time. To say at this point that he’s as good as Brandon Aiyuk is INSANITY😂. He would be the 6th best player on the 49ers’ healthy offense at best.

  2. Did anyone see after Dhop big catch they took him off the field, after they ran the first goal line play he looked over to the sideline and told them to bring Dhop back in.. TD! So 🔥

  3. Finally someone said what I’ve been saying all season! Everyone looks at the stats and asks “What’s wrong with Mahomes?” The answer is “Nothing!!” He could have MVP numbers right now if he wanted to. Instead he wants to build a rapport with his weapons, which is much more important for later in the season. Just look at his 1st half stats compared to the 2nd half, the dude is nearly flawless in the 2nd half! He’s also nearly flawless on 3rd downs, and in the redzone, and in situational football as a whole. 15 has the winning formula down to the T!!

  4. Brett Veech: We need a player before the deadline to fill this role.
NFL Playoff teams: Don't trade with them.
NFL have nots: But it's a good offer.
    NFL Wire: Chiefs acquire …

  5. Nick has a strange obsession with age. Always trying to downplay somebody's effectiveness because they aren't smacked middle in their prime years anymore, but with Lebron he'll hype that man to death.

  6. the ali/boxing metaphor is interesting. i think mahomes is in his money mayweather era. a lot of people forget floyd was knocking people out when he was known as pretty boy. playing this way has its costs – floyd broke his hands, and mahomes has had lower body issues. but both have adjusted: they do just enough to not lose. mahomes is chiefly concerned with wins and championships, regardless of how it looks

  7. With all Due Respect to the LIONS & the RAVENS, The Best Team in the NFL World are the Current World Champions – K C CHIEFS, who have won 14 consecutive games. In doing so The chiefs Have BEATEN the Ravens & the 49er's and the bills and Dolphins. Please do not Disrespect the Chiefs by calling the Lions or the Ravens the BEST. And they have beaten the 49'ers 5 times and the Ravens the last 3 times, over the last 3 yrs.

  8. Good argument by Nick. I actually think he's right. He could phrase it a little better though because Brou just nonchalantly is like "you have to stop Mahomes either way………unless you get the coin flip" where coin flip is the crux of the argument. If we accept the Mahomes and the Chiefs 100% will get into field goal range with 27 seconds left, 3 time outs, and starting on the 30, and we know Butker has never missed a game winning field goal, then the odds of victory going for 2 are extremely low even if you go get it. Almost 0. If you take the extra point, which is almost automatic, then you have a 50% chance of winning the toss which is your only way to control your own fate in the game. Yes, you can lose the coin toss, but there is no coin toss is you go for 2. Nick is saying there's a 0% chance of "controlling your destiny" if you go for 2, there's a 50% chance of controlling your destiny if you take the extra point, and you MUST control your own destiny to beat the Chiefs in this situation. It's all slightly exaggerated, but the logic is sound, and the Chiefs' percentages would back it up.
