I hate these bad takes. Bruschci says some guys dont know not to tap out. Noones done it, till now! Its so dumb, and a bad look that noones ever had to be told not to do it. Thats the issue.
Notice around the league, most of the qbs are saying hes not ready sit him, other Orlovsky, who isnt the sharpest tool in the shed.
I think the Colts waited too long to bench him, should have done it by week 4 or 5, now our upcoming games are Vikings, Bills, Lions, probably 3 guaranteed losses right there
Developing Anthony Richardson the right way may lead to a future QB for the Colts. I don't care about a #7 playoff spot. The NFL is stupid on so many levels as a sports league. No place to send Richardson to get him ready for the NFL. MLB and even the NBA has that. Finally Ballard who I am not happy with put a raw athlete on a team that needed a QB to carry them. Colts were not done building.

Bruschi couldn't be more wrong. Richardson has already hit his ceiling. Flacco may not win them the ship or take them to the playoffs, but they'll win more games. Using Bruschi's ideology, then 2nd string and 3rd string can be developed? Not everyone is destined to be great players. He's had more than enough time to "play and develope"

Anyone who thought benching a future superstar in one Anthony Richardson was the right move for the Colts is a moron. It was the stupidest coaching decision in years, maybe decades. Fire the Colts coach, he's a bum who can't call plays for his life, and replace him with someone who can actually develop AR into the future MVP that he will become. Installing a package for his natural talent to build confidence, while dev! They were looking for a reason to bench him! The guy was winded and needed a breather! When u take a one year college QB and put him in the NFL because he got a good physical body, this is what you get. Should have developed before the NFL, now you got to do it cause he left school way to early.
