IF the Chief's go 16-0, it will hurt them in the play-offs since they'll wind up at least making it look like they're playing for the win v. Denver and will be weaker in the play-offs. If that happens, I could so easily see them underperform the 2007 Patriots.
we can't critque the chiefs or it's disrespectful so the chiefs will never lose again until Mahomes retires they'll win the next 45 super bowls and the entire roster will be 1st ballot hall of famers. 🙂

If KC wants the record of a threepeat, they will end up sitting some starters in the latter weeks to rest up for the playoff run. And, that will be the cause of them losing a game…or more and not go undefeated.

Chiefs will rest their starters. If they go undefeated it's won't be because they played 100% all season. You'd rather have the 3 peat and wonder if you could have gone undefeated than go undefeated in the regular season and lost in the playoffs because guys are injured/tired.

Love what the Lions are doing, but…the teams they play have bad records after playing the Lions and that level of physicality takes a toll on them as well. It will interesting to see how they are with injuries at season end.
