People forget that 1. He’s constantly double teamed and being held and even if he’s not getting sacks, he’s allowing others to get to the QB. 2. He’s a human. 3. His political views are likely shared by a lot of the league, his expression of them just means he is acting in congruence with his views, this should really be preferable than acting in secret. 4. We’re all just people arguing on a forum.
People forget a lot of other things, too. Like I’ve forgotten whether I took my fish oil tablet in the morning or not. Means I might have a second at night.. theoretically having extra is good for my brain so I shouldn’t forget next time, right?
We should just enjoy football.
All this aside, i really like Baker and watching him lose the way he has in the last couple of weeks has been hard to swallow. Hopefully we blow them out of the water this week.
