  1. I’m a Yuki fan but he looks like someone’s little bro playing with the big kids out there.

  2. One of those games where you say “trust the process” and move on. Bub and Kyshawn looked good. Everything else was pretty bad.

  3. Sarr has to rebound better, his offense needs work, he’ll pick it up by midseason hopefully

  4. That was the worst game of the season so far. It felt like we would be competitive going into it with Ja, Smart, and Bane out, and we just got curb stomped

  5. Comfortably the worst game of the season

Sarr just looked lethargic defensively this game. He was caught on the back-door so many times, and I feel like previous games he’s been pretty alert to that. Just not at all switched on today. I wish he’d look for his midrange jumper rather than just shoot 3s all the time, he’s looked much more comfortable from there in limited reps.

  6. This was a tough ass watch but some of us need to stop with this doomer bs. We are supposed to be bad this year. It’s great that we won against the Hawks and we can celebrate that, but we need to expect to be bad and not jump to extremities after a bad loss. My takeaways:

    – I feel like Bilal underperformed tonight. He should be taking more shots than Kyshawn. I think it’s a confidence/mental wall.

    – Kyshawn and Bub played well today. It’s a shame Bub couldn’t get his triple bubble but it’s only a matter of time.

    – Sarr had his handling flashes and occasional defensive highlight but he ultimately got cooked by Edey and JJJ. Rookie pains that are much needed for him to grow. That shot is not falling; really hoping he can develop a touch and aggression around the rim.

    – Kispert was cheeks. Jonas wasn’t great. Poole had an off game; he’s a huge part of our offensive. Really noticed his lack of buckets tn.
