The Edmonton Oilers face the Vancouver Canucks on Hockey Night In Canada this evening, still dealing with the same coaching issues and poor effort level that has plagued them most of the season.

These guy's are all multi millionaires,if they can't rise to the occasion then trade them no matter who they are.Earn your paychecks like everyone else or you're fired.
Thats why they dont care.
They are pre-paid.
And we all know when you pre-pay for services, the services typically withdraw somewhat, until pressure is applied.
I think it’s time for Nuge to part ways. Well Nurse to for that matter
Greetings to You🤠👋@Tyson…All Our OILERS 💙🧡🤍Need 'n' WANT Is…
Eh Win😛 Win 😜Winner 🙏'WINNING' Our💪 Game Tonight!!!
Let's🏒🥅 Gooo 🏒🥅OILERS!!! ~B E L I E V E~ Knobs I Love👍 & Have 👌Trust In!!! Never Ever Give Up 🙏
Pay three players the bulk of your payroll, what do the rest of the players have to motivate them? They look at these elite players and think “ hey, don’t blame me, I only make a million a year!”
I mentioned this same sentiment on Patrick's channel. Very frustrating that Knobber won't give his lines time to work out the kinks.
Nuge and Bouch are invisible on the ice. Bouch doesn't know how to defend as a d-man, and Nuge doesn't even shoot the puck.
Leave the lines alone work and play harder I agree with you for sure Tyson
Nuge and Bouchard have not skated at all. They look terrible if I was the coaching staff, I would healthy scratch them for a game even if it means taking a loss at least bring up a kid who will skate hard and send a message.
They keep shuffling the lineups game in, game out, so there's no chemistry. Maybe if they'd keep lines together for some consistency, they'd be better off. They wonder who they'll be playing with every game, so kinda hard to keep the ball rolling when the foundation is flawed.
If the Oilers average a 6-7-1 record every 14 games, they'll end up with 35-36 wins (taking into account that the season is 82 games long, not 84) and 5-6 OT/SO losses. That'll add up to 78 pts max, which won't be enough to make the playoffs. They need to average 8-5-1, 7-5-2, 8-4-2, maybe 9-4-1 the rest of the way in hopes of finishing with a playoff spot locked up.
Knobs does'nt have the same line-up as last yr, he's got a learning curve as well. what does he have in this team, strong defense?, strong offense? fast? slow? emberson still learning, stetcher still trying to keep up with the speed we play with. our pp is useually our strength but it's been absent so yeah a lot of stuff to sort out. I still maintain we'll look better mid-november. No panic in this oiler fan.😊
Doesn't matter how much you change the lines unless they put the work in
Line stability would help, need time for chemistry. However the effort level has been dismal in some games. Hopefully they get on track and don't lose this coach.
Where the f@@@ is Paul coffey
Why don’t you try to put some skates on and go out there and do what they do “couch coaches”
