Thomas will be the next captain of the Blues. He should be the captain now. It's his team, and Schenn is a mere shell of his former self as a player.
The fact that you didn’t mention Nylander for Toronto is crazy, easily the best performer in the playoffs. Has a great mentality, don’t mind calling out his teammates when it’s needed. Just watch the prime documentary and you’ll see. Last year in the playoffs you can see him telling marner and matthews to “stop crying and play the f**king game”.

Hard to imagine any captain after Crosby, the guy probably isn’t even in the NHL yet. But needs to go to the new guard, not Malkin or Letang.
