    However I think it’s a better idea to try to get Ashton Jeanty draft a good wr, get a tackle,
    Then try to get arch manning in 2026 and if he doesn’t declare for 26 wait for 27 draft and keep getting great position players, maybe potentially even trade some of your stars and superstars for picks to make it a perfect situation for Arch.

    Watson would also not have as much contract left if you waited for Arch as drafting a qb this year would hurt the advantage of having a rookie contract in your qb.

    I think the qb they should target for the next year or two is Justin fields he could be the bridge to Arch.

The sad truth is that quarterback quality both in college and the NFL is very bad and about twenty teams are not happy with their starting quarterback or have a rookie or second year quarterback and unlike the NHL and the NBA and MLB with endless supply of great international players where no team lack any good to great players where the NFL are struggling and have very deep pool of backup quarterbacks who are as good as the starter or better like the Browns situation and the Titans and the Steelers and Chicago and the Panthers
