  1. The Giants should only consider trading Doval if he's a part of a bigger package deal. If you trade him in a 1-for-1 right now, you'll only get some AAA player or fringe top-100 prospect at best.

  2. Dan my guy, you got to do a podcast on how the Giants are going to cut the payroll this year according to Andrew Baggerly’s article today. The Giants are not serious about winning. They are looking like a small market team.

  3. We should have traded him before when his stock was high. Now he is a reclamation project which is not nearly as valuable. The reason why we should have traded him a year ago is because we KNEW that Doval was not good at pitch clock management and that is not going anywhere so you move him before his stock tanks because the clock makes Doval sloppy.

  4. Trade him for sure. No matter what you get back for him. The value on him is very low but there is no need to keep him. Just like Rogers get rid of him as well these two are not needed on this roster. Doval can't throw strikes, he isnt a pitcher he is a meat head thrower that cant hit the zone. His fastball has velo yes, but flat and goes a long ways when hit. The kid cant control his off speed and needs to learn how his pitches move and how to conserve his energy and to be available more than once in a series.
