I know people are getting on Deebo for the altercation (and I get that), but isn’t this him on the left celebrating with the kicking team immediately after the make? Saw it on the broadcast, thought it was him bc of the headband and that it was an awesome move after the fight.
I think it’s worth noting Purdy led the league in passing yards today.
Brock is so good. He’s got the “it” factor, he’s clutch af. He wins. I couldn’t be happier to see how he grows up with the 49ers. What a game, what a game winning drive!
Purdy is our guy. He’s been starting slow lately but he didn’t throw a pick. I think we might be undefeated when he has a clean game. He’s got the clutch gene. He’s proved that and with his scrambling I really think he could be our starter for 10+ years. With that being said, I really don’t think we can make him the highest paid qb in the league. He can rightfully ask to get 60+ mil AAV(daks deal) but he ain’t worth that. Dak or Lawrence or Tua aren’t worth these 55+ year contracts. Only mahommes is worth that. I’m hoping he takes like a 50 AAV and we give him more guaranteed money and a few more years. The qb market shouldn’t get reset when any top 15 qb gets a new deal. It hampers the team so much.
It really looks like we should have let aiyuk walk in the off-season. Jennings is more than capable and pearsall looking solid. That 30 mil a year could be spent way more effectively. That 2 really solid defensive players there.
Not gonna lie, I got so frustrated at their last penalty that gave the Bucs their last first down I turned it off. I didn’t swear off them or football I just couldn’t watch the self destruction any longer at that point. Now clearly anytime something is going south I’m obligated to at least try the ol “they’re doing better when I’m not watching” suspicion.

jennings really is the 49ers best WR right now and even if aiyuk did not get hurt imo jennings was playing a lot better than him too
first 3 seasons with the team jennings had a combined **78 rec 963 yards 7 td** in 45 games played
this 2024 season jennings is on pace for **69 rec 1065 yards 6 td** in 15 games
Really hope that Moody is shaking off some rust and still getting back from injury, nervous that a game like this could instill some serious yips
