  2. Moody barely made that winning FG. Had the earth not rotated just the right amount, he may have missed it again. I think people (coaches) need to realize that accuracy (Gould) is probably more important than distance (Moody.)

  3. Tell me why again we spent 30 MIL on BA ? Maybe things looked better because CMC is back, but the issues now is they don't have enough money to improve special teams. We could live without BA, we needed to improve special teams play.

  5. Someone close to Kyle needs to sit down and have a conversation with him about placing more importance on special teams. I understand his reasoning to a degree, that it isn't the most important position group. However, championship caliber teams historically put more emphasis on the importance of them than Kyle does and is seems to be valid based on our results over the last few years.

  6. I disagree about the Bosa tackle. He had Bakers arm with both hands, he was not stiff armed. Bosa could have just pulled Bakers arm down without grabbing the collar and made a game changing sack.

  8. Draymond Green v.2.0 (Deebo incident) never ends up well for a team. Deebo should apologize and say he messed up. Then fire Moody asap.
    Remember, it’s not who’s got the biggest 🌰 🌰, it’s about winning the SB.

  9. Rule 10, Section 1, Article 1, Item 1. Contact with the receiver: It is interference if a player of the kicking team contacts the receiver, or causes a passive player
    of either team to contact the receiver, before or simultaneous to the receiver touching the ball. It is not a foul if a kicking team
    player is blocked into the receiver or the contact is the result of a foul.

    I'm not kidding, that's the real 2024 rulebook. There's no exception for blocking a gunner into the receiver. It states the kicking team is responsible for the actions and safety of the fair catching receiver.

    That should have been interference.

    I know that's not the point here, but felt the need to clarify.

  11. One extra player will make a change? I'm thinking the special teams need a new coach or a new scheme because they will have a very difficult time getting into the playoffs…and the only way they can get into the playoffs is to win the west. Purdy was too hesitant at times and made some mistakes but his chemistry with Kittle is obvious and with J.J. is on target…Pearsall and Purdy will be interesting to watch in the future years…if they are still together by then and that's the difference today in the NFL… players are always moving around the league in this era of the game.

  12. Every blaming moody for rightfully so but shouldnt our weak redzone offense be talked avput more than 3 missed field goals? I mean He missed 3 1 time but our offense has consistently been terrible in redzone

  17. Moody needs to go, dunno if Matthew Wright has healed his shoulder yet but he was making every field goal he attempted before getting hurt. We need that guy back ASAP!

  21. The Deebo Pepper thing is hardly worth mentioning. Come on people this is football a COMBAT sport. A couple of words on the sideline is hardly headline news. TOUGH UP!!

  26. Don’t want a horse collar? I’ve got an idea- you have him by the ARM, so pull him down by the ARM…not the collar. Just an excuse by Bosa, who’s playing WAY below his contract. We get 1-2 bursts out of him per game. Meanwhile Max Crosby and TK Watt play 100% effort all game

  27. Conservative 4th & 1, 2, 3 coach Kyle who never goes for it regardless where the ball is at on the opponent’s side of the field. No confidence in his play-calling, Kyle!

  28. The 49ers (5-4) Special Team is the key of Achiles Tendinitis, which keeps undermining the success of this team in the long run with numerous blunders on game day week after week. There is still no sign of improvement after week 10, why is that?

    Moody also missed a field goal Week 3 against the Rams. He missed two field goals in the playoffs last season, and he missed a critical extra point in the last Super Bowl against the Chiefs. Had he made the extra point against the Chiefs, the 49ers would have the sixth Lombardi trophy today. If Moody misses another field goal against SEA on next Sunday, he should be immediately replaced by Anders Carlson, who replaced him for the last two games while he was nursing his ankle sprain.

  32. It's real simple. Fire the ST. All of them. Top to bottom. Every coach. Every player.

    Step two. You do NOT waste draft picks on kickers. EVER. If you think drafting a kicker is a good idea, you should be fired immediately.
