    1) HIRE A REAL GM. He needs to quit thinking he knows something about drafting and trading. GIVE IT TO A REAL GENERAL MANAGER.
    2) Hire a coach who can be a great GM. Bellichick is still out there; and
    3) Jones to sit in his box and LET GO. Follow what the rest of the owners are doing, and STOP MICROMANAGING.
