Listening to the Foul Territory interview with Perry Minasian.

It’s hard to get a real pulse on what they are gonna do, the only clear message is that the Angels are going to be better in 2025.

But what does that actually translate to on the field?

So far they have made some small incremental moves that truly will not impact the team very much going into 25.

I obviously know that it is super early into the offseason, but once again, no clear message from management on a direction.

He was asked about Free-agents, including Roki Sasaki, but refused to comment on any specific free agent.

At the end of the day all we can do is sit tight and see what happens, personally, I’m not on board with trading any of our young prospects off to pretend to compete in 2025.

I’d rather to continue to grow the young, sell off as much as we can, draft strong and prep for 2026.

I just don’t see this team competing in 2025. But I hope I am wrong!

  1. Hopefully they go on the open market and another person can buy this team and clear the rot of Arte, Perry, and John C from this org

  2. Roki no doubt will be a Dodger. I feel like Arte only drops money on bats as opposed to pitching but would obviously be cool to have someone like him on the team. I just hope we don’t go overboard and sign someone like Pete.

  3. Snell, maybe Roki (likely not) and Corbin but I think players want a easy chip now😮‍💨dogturds

  4. Tbh, we’d kill Rokis career. We can’t develop pitching and our strength and conditioning is trash.

But he would be fun to have. At the end of the day, Arte needs to sell the team before anything will help.

Angels should go for high upside bounce back players, all to trade during the deadline for high end prospects

  5. Ha Seong Kim as a solid 3b option for when Rendon goes down, and there’s a hole at 2nd and someone needs to play short for at least the first month of the season at this point. Couple solid bullpen arms, duh, then either one or a pair of mid starters, flaherty, eovaldi, manaea Bieber, Alex Cobb as a coming home project, I liked DeSclifani when he was a giant and I think he could pitch well here.

  6. They should only get old guys like Hendricks on 1/2 year deals and trade them the second they show value. Team needs to rebuild not make a spalsh
