NBA needs to get rid of the conference's for the playoffs and make it the top 16 teams. The East is and has been far too weak and so many fan bases on the west coast miss out on watching their team play in the playoffs because of how competitive it is. Should also improve the playoffs quality if the best teams are actually in it.
