The level of care and compassion Travis showed on the daily during a game is something I will miss. He’s an absolute professional. Retiring after having a season in which he had a 3HR game is one hell of a way to go. I hope he returns back at some point.
I really hope Sean Murphy can put it together next year. I’m going to miss Travis so much.

Only to be brought back at the trade deadline in a deal with some up and coming guy named Mike Trout and Ron Washington for a few players from the minors, a few 4Baggers from the concessions, and a bucket of balls!!
