  1. The tradition of watching the games on tv but listening to them on the radio started with the late Bill Schonely, and ended with the late Brian Wheeler. He was an unabashed homer on the radio and on his afternoon show wheels at work, blazer radio has never had the passion since wheeler left. Rest in peace.

  3. I can still remember my dad muting the TV to listen to Wheels commentary. I also remember Wheels saying kind words during a game after my dad had passed away. I will never forget those things or the amazing memories and moments Brian Wheeler gave to us, RIP Wheels, BOOM SHAKA LAKA!
