My hopes are getting so high. Guys I think I’m scared of heights.
When we started this season I just wanted Tj to win some playoff games. Now I have all this hope! It’s amazing what having a legitimate QB can do for you.
Both of those times we had Ben.
I’m stoked about Russ. But idk about you, I’m pumping the brakes. We have the most insanely evil schedule coming up.
EDIT: Let me clarify…we had YOUNG Ben.
If we win this week I will go whole ham into believer mode but I’m not going to start getting my hopes up before we’ve played a single rival
And scoring over 30 PPG in the last four games (giving up a bit over 18 in those four only due to WAS getting 27)

RIP Super Bowl 2010
I have been assured that this is only because we haven’t played anyone good.
We haven’t been screwed by the Chiefs yet. I feel like to be a true contender, the Steelers have to get screwed by the Chiefs in the playoffs while Taylor Swift looks down laughing at our team, fans, and city. Only then will we ascend the stairway to 7.
I would be interested to see this with some actual strength of schedule data layered in.
Still the fucking Bills and Chiefs standing in our way.
Even better is that the 23.9 number includes the rather anemic Fields 6 weeks. Since Russ took the helm, it’s been just north of 30 PPG. As far as defence goes, we were Pierre’s butter fingers away from that being 15.2 per game. Why was he eating popcorn on the sidelines?
That’s crazy when taking into account that it includes giving up 27 to the Commanders.
I vaguely remember LeBeau back in the day saying 17 max allowed on defense was always his goal. Interesting to see the 16.2 here.
If we can sweep BAL….. ill be down to clown

And, correct me if I’m wrong, but the points per game have gone up since Russell Wilson took over.
