Serious question from a newbie foreigner football fan. This was because they made so much noise the players couldn’t hear and it made them false start? And it’s amazing because we were at an away game?!? I think I’m getting it right?!

What happened was the Lions fans started a “Let’s go Lions chant” and then the Houston fans got loud to drown it out and that’s what caused the false start. The missing prt of this story is that Texans fans were so stupid they took and bait and hurt their own team.
