a loss only counts as one loss no matter how bad it was that's your silver lining, and the hockey guy mentioned the blues took that loss like champs take that for what you will
Lack of effort in 3rd period was unacceptable. Caps are slow and we made them look fast through our lack of effort. I guess we were working on our straight legged skating because there was no knee bend skating. We have multiple veterans that are just punching the clock. Saad put in minimal effort (not a new event) – not even in the same zip code as the net front and he still gets pp time. Schenn looks like he puts in effort, but… I'm not convinced.
Truly, we do not have the depth to miss a 1c. Now, we have no 1c, no 2c (Buch isn't it) and a marginal 3c (Schenn).
