The crowds were so much more alive before cell phones seized the brains of people.
I actually thought Boston should intentionally walk him with the bases loaded. I was absolutely positive that Keith would come through in that spot.
Keith Hernandez was always pumped up, especially more with the game on the line. He just had so much confidence in his abilities in playing every aspect of the game. Those Mets were truly amazing.
