Could gleyber play 3rd? If so I see him as a decent stopgap with great upside
If he leaves, I like the idea of a Yoán Moncada career revival attempt.
Hopefully Yuli is ready to retire and bring him in as an advisor/coach to continue the Cuban connection.
F that nonsense. Just sign him and get it done. He and Altuve need to finish this run together.
Even though Tucker is a better hitter, the Astros need Bregman more. Sign him and then hope that enough salary goes off the books (Abreau, Montero, etc.) to allow them to pursue Tuck.
How cooked would the books be if Crane ponies up the dough for both? I’m just saying, were seeing the other coasts (NYY/LAD) shelling out big bucks and using fuckery (LAD) to secure post season success. Why can’t the 3rd coast shell out? How much would we be over in that scenario if we just threw money at both of them?
Its bregman or bust for me. I wont be happy with anyone else.
