Still no body mentions how good Hellebuck is, how good Connor is, yet they are all underdogs still. Well it may take the league years to take note on how good the jets are, because this team is from Winnipeg, but eventually you’ll learn this team is dam good and not to be underestimated!

B) They are heavily drinking alcohol before games C) They are heavily drinking alcohol the night before games, and playing severely hung over.

What troubles me is the apathy and laziness of Mika the aloofness and inconsistency of Miller, who has all the physical tools but plays small for his size…"Milk Carton" award to Trocheck, where is the snarl? Why is he so disengaged?…I don't care about their record but more about how they play…I am not interested in an empty President's trophy like last year but the cup!!

16. I think that you have to bench Igor Shesterkin for 2-3 games. If you do that, then they'll have to learn how to not rely on him & play 60 minutes of hockey. Moreover, this is the time of the year that he has a slump. Let me know what you think

24. At this point, it's not the coach. We could have John Cooper, Mike Sullivan, Paul Maurice…etc and it still would not matter. This team does the same things. They get a new coach, play very well, make it to the ECF and then lose. Then the following year, they suck ass. This happened with Gerard Gallant, and majority of the fans gave the players the benefit of the doubt, but Now… No More Excuses. Its on the players. Personally Drury should start selling the assets, because this team is not good enough to win the SC and to go further, I don't think this team will win a rd in the playoffs this year. The Rangers needs a total reconstruction on Defense with Trouba, Miller, Lindgren all gone. With Forwards, Mika has been a huge disappointment and no one will take that contract even if he does decide to move his NMC. Trocheck, does not look the same what was to be expected. Kakko, to me is a good defensive 3rd liner, nothing more, nothing less. This team really should consider on doing a rebuild.

Jets fan,I thought the Rangers put up a great fight,it was an entertaining game,I'm excited for the jets to face the rangers again,I agree with the hockey media the Rangers are dangerous and a really good team I was nervous going into the game and I thought both teams played a good game could have gone either way.

31. Have you ever seen a team give up more goals or grade A’s in the first min of a game? That is 1000 percent lavis fault. They don’t know when the start time is every night?

35. When nothing changes, you will always get the same results. Were we expected to believe that simply adding Smith and Carrick was going to change the culture and dynamic of this team? Ultimately, this fiasco falls on the shoulders of the general manager who decided that running it back one more time with this core would be a good idea. Will this team ever be able to soundly beat a top-tier opponent without our goaltender being the #1 star of the game?

37. Mika should sit out a few games…..practice on his own as if he was coming back from an injury…..too early in the season for a knee jerk reaction …… however, if there is a great deal out there Drury needs to better the team.

38. It's funny but I said exactly this on the official recap. Zibanejad isn't just 'off the boil', he's become a slack liability and was directly responsible for the turnovers that lead to goals 1 and 3 for the Jets. Add to that, that he only has 2 goals so far and he's supposed to be up there with Panarin and the issues start to look worse. Yes we have goals in the team and a phenomenal P and PK record but we seem to be relying too much on those PK goals and Laviollete seems to have done nothing to strengthen the defence. Overall, any team of quality that has the balls to come at the Rangers seems to score heavily but also restricts any forward play too. As the season goes on, that is only going to become more and more evident…

    As for comments saying it's only early in the season and to comment in March… these fans are clueless. If the Rangers are struggling in March, they'll be the loudest fans complaining and asking 'what happened?' while the rest of us will have seen it coming months earlier. The 1st line has too many top players under performing and there are too many below average players throughout lines 2 and 3… Will we make the playoffs? I have no doubts about that… Will we be strong contenders? Unfortunately I have no doubts that we will not be a serious threat.

39. Laviolette is soon to be the next coach to lose his job because of Zibanejad. He needs to start holding players accountable and scratching players. He needs to demand that they play defense and get to the net.

40. Not a good idea to pay Shesty any thing over 10 mil at this point. Might be bette to trade him for much needed help. Krieder and Mika are hurting this team. Krieder not even 1 assist. And Fox has 0 goals in his last 26 games. Miller mostly a defensive problem with NO points either. Team has no balls most of the time.

41. I'm a jets fan. I don't get the negativity, the Rangers are a top 4 team in the league and will lose games here and there.

42. Mika and miller gotta be benched they are total liability out there.. this team has beaten only 1 playoff team from last year and they almost blew that game.. they have serious problems on defense and they refuse to play the body. This team will be lucky to be a wildcard team
