Is this the TURNING POINT for the Boston Bruins? | Bear With Me

The Boston Bruins have their first come-from-behind win of the 2024-25 season. Joey Copponi and Rob Tocci sit down to discuss if this win changes the overall perception of this team, which – spoiler alert – it does not. Joey and Rob break down the team’s biggest issues, the continued struggles on special teams, Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark’s reunion, the apparent injury to Hampus Lindholm after blocking a shot, the general disdain in Boston (and around the league) for Jordan Binnington, and more.

Plus, the guys debate the decision the Bruins made to send Matt Poitras down to Providence. All that, and much more!

  1. It’s so bizarre that the Bruins have won four of their last six games (.750 points percentage), and the main narrative surrounding the team is, “fire the coach now!”

Bruins media/fans are so spoiled by how well this franchise has performed during the last 15 years.

  2. I have to turn this episode off due to potty mouth. Also I guarentee you ain't got the balls to constantly reference Muhammad but you have no problem taking christian God name in vain.

  3. This is their third' turning point' this year. The two shutouts vs the Flyers and the Kraken were turning points too. Its not. They are going to be a .500 team. They play well for a couple, then bad for a couple. This is this year's team. Over rated defense and virtually no offense, other than Pasternak. No secondary scoring and no second line center. With no cap space, dont expect anything to improve. Maybe Sweeney can trade a few more number one picks for rentals that wont be here next year. He is good at that.
