TERROR TWINS COOK
Tari and Amen off the bench is a devastating duo. So stifling. Amen hit his 3s tonight and hopefully he can keep developing there, but Tari just looks pretty well-rounded and provides value on the offense too. Tari was basically playing starter minutes. Combined with Jabari playing poorly and being benched down the stretch, it’s a tough look. Either Jabari is going through a Y3 Jalen phase and he’ll bounce back, or we need to put Amen/Tari as a starter. That or we just rock a top bench unit I guess.
Sengun didn’t have his shot tonight and had TOs in part due to slower processing leading to aggressive steals, but the rebounding and especially defense looks really improved. On one hand, that set of Zubac backing him down seems to be a trade-off of losing weight in the offseason. But the increased mobility and energy seems to be worth it so far.
Dillon continues to be solid. Jalen and Fred’s shot didn’t come through towards the end. Fred has been playing better recently, but the slow pace with him ball-handling continues to be a mixed bag. Reed continues to pass up 3 looks. The one when the shot clock was dying down and he looked to pass before tossing a grenade was especially painful. At least Jock bounced back. Need him with Steven Adams still needing to recover.
Ty Lue going deep into his bench into the 4th when they actually got close to coming back was interesting. Trust their energy to pull through, or go the starters? They were working until the last few minutes so I kinda get it.
Helluva game
Eason and Thompson are demons off the bench.
One things for sure and two things for certain. This team is DEEP.
# [WE STILL TIPPIN’ HOUSTON TEXAS!! GO ROCKETS!!](https://streamable.com/hfdvvu)
Least fun game of the season ended the best way possible
Jock really showed up!!!
Tari Eason should be FOREVER starting oh my god.
Tari needs to start over Bari
We’re just not good enough, chemistry, talentwise, just everything. -Harden on the Clippers
my 4th quarter fears are diminishing.
This team is cooking man
We’re pulling out wins against some good teams (Knicks, Clippers). We have a bad habit of getting lazy with leads but the guys are young enough where that can improve. Really happy with how the season’s gone so far
WE ARE 8-4 AND LETS BE REAL WE COULD HABE EASILY BEEM 10-2 OR EVEN 11-1 AND YET SOME OF YALL WANNA COME OUT AND TALK SHIT AS IF WE WERE NOT SCRAPPING FOR THE LAST SPOT ON THE NBA TABLE JUST 2 SEASONS AGO LMAO. LFG ROCKETSSSS!!!! TERROR TWINS FOR THE WIN!
ALL STARI SEASON
RRRRRRRRRRRRROCKETS WIIIIIIINNNNNN
Tari six man of the year ?
Tari windmill @ the end, he’s a man of the people
Jock with 4,4,4 stat line (points, rebounds, assists) lol
Let’s fucking go…eased up in the end but we pulled it out..jalen and alp showing they worth the money. Terror twins at it again…and some great plays by Dillon…we really need a fred upgrade..some one asked me and I have no answer…
ROCKETS 8-4 FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2019 BABYYYY

I kinda feel bad for Bari, feels like his best friend got stolen by Amen
Ime’s biggest flaw seems to be the inability to deviate from rotations if a lineup or player is hot. The only time he seems to do is bench a singular player if they’re not doing well end of game.
I keep getting downvoted but tari Eason is super star.
Amen Thompson tonight:
18 Points
11 Rebounds
3 Assists
2 Steals
1 Block
66% FG
100% 3P
Peak Amen Thompson is gonna be Shawn Marion on steroids
JG started 4/5 from 3 and finished 5/14….
MOST HUNGRY. MOST VICIOUS. MOST FEARLESS.
People act like it is a forgone conclusion that brooks isn’t on the rockets next year but I would love to have him back. Most consistent 3 ball and great for defense.

I am happy that Rockets can formally say goodbye to James Harden on a good stand.
A tale of 2 halves for Jalen. I wish he could be more consistent.
Clippers announcers called Amen and Tari a double headed dragon
Sengun at the end 🐲😈. Also played incredible defense in the 2nd quarter
Gonna be honest. Bari starting over Tari is not only a disservice to Tari but Jalen and Alpi as well. I watched him brick like 6 wide open shots in 1st quarter and Clippers just started to put bodies on paint, making it hard for Alpi to post or Jalen to look for a lay up. FVV and Bari are hurting the team.
It’s insane that Whitmore is not even on the rotation right now!!! We are crazy deep… love how this team is constructed right now. We not even in peak form yet.
