The New Orleans Pelicans showcased a relentless offensive rebounding effort against the Oklahoma City Thunder, grabbing 21 offensive boards and scoring 26 second-chance points. Yet, their 23 turnovers led to 34 fast-break points for OKC, highlighting a critical area for improvement.

Host Jake Madison explores the Pelicans’ strategic focus on offensive rebounding and the impact of injuries on their turnover issues. Key discussions include Brandon Ingram’s solid performance despite defensive pressure, Yves Missi’s efficient play as a starting center, and Trey Jemison’s limitations despite his size advantage.

  1. I'm really not sure I see the point anymore. This year the West will be long out of sight by the time the Pels get healthy and up to speed. So that's a wrap. So why hang on to Brandon? We are seeing again that he's not a star that can carry your team. So we can't pay him $50 million. That's over. And at this point can anyone really see Zion staying healthy through an 82-game season + a long tough playoff run? I sure can't. So what is the point of this version of the Pels? Team needs to face facts and make the hard choices…

  2. With our injuries we are going to lose our next 5-6 games. The question is do we get anybody back by the time we play the raptors. If we get some guys back we will probably end November 4-16.

  3. I couldn't disagree more. A moral victory would have been BI lightning up Lou Dort. He didn't even try to. I have an issue with that.. When we get boat raced the next two games. Will it be time to make some changes then?
