  1. $240 a year to watch a team that doesn’t play for a whole year

This network is going the route we all thought it would

  2. 6 months x $20 = $120. You can look at it 2 ways.

Pay a dollar to watch each White Sox loss OR pay $3 to watch every win.

    Rounded for easy math

  3. So $120 before taxes (actually more cause the season runs March 27th-September 28th so for the last couple games you’re fucked) to watch a team with the most losses in modern baseball history and the 5th worst team by winning percentage in modern baseball history. What a bargain.

  4. This is great, only reason to have a subscription was to watch them. Decent way to save money

  5. Too much but I admit this would be much more compelling if all three teams didn’t totally fucking suck ass

  6. I genuinely can’t fathom the people who were actually *asking* for this because they were too lazy to figure out how to plug an antenna onto their TV to get the same content for free

  7. Imagine being CSN and trying to launch this at possibly the historically worst moment for the Bulls, Hawks, and Sox as a combined entity. Not a single one of those teams is worth paying to watch in HD lol

  8. When the Cubs created Marquee I told my friends, “get ready to pay $9.99 a month or $60 a year to watch each team in Chicago.” 5 teams is $300. Granted the Bears haven’t done this yet but I’m sure they will in the future. I’m done watching sports man… not because I don’t love sports, but because rich greedy fucks are depantsing me and giving me a swirly just for the opportunity to watch them. Then they don’t even try to make their team good. Going to alienate a lot of people (and kids, who are never going to know about the team or sport). Killing the pipeline with greed.

  9. Lol fuck that. So the channel definitely isn’t getting added to YouTube tv any time soon.

  10. That’s so much less than I’ve been paying for Fubo. And you can watch it for free with an aerial.

    What more do people want?

  11. Who the hell priced this. Should be $9/month. $89/yr. Wouldnt you want users to cross polinate, why segment your future possible fans. Are there no commercial breaks / ads?

  12. Guess I am no longer watching any Chicago sports after 30+ years. Not a big loss though as they all suck and are unwatchable anyways
