   He’s had one documented concussion yearly since starting here. I think you gotta have the serious conversation of finding his replacement.

15. Third concussion in three years. I wouldn’t be surprised if his season is over.

    He’s also under contract next year, and it’s the final year of his rookie deal. There isn’t much financial incentive to cut him, so the Bears will bring him back if they believe that he can still play, but it might be in his best interest to just retire and focus on life after football.

17. This is wild. I don’t understand how he’s missing this much time. Hopefully he’s doing alright mentally.

20. If he comes back next year hopefully he’ll put his long-term safety first and be willing to wear the guardian helmet. Players need to be more willing and not view it as showing weakness

24. If you recall last season it seemed like every game he had a moment where he was a bit shaken up after a big hit. Some guys just aren’t meant to play football a long time.
